We approached the bar where there were a few customers, 3 bartenders, one slicing pineapples named Miguel. We decided to go to the Calypso bar poolside to start our “fun” vacation, despite recent hiccups. After finally getting to be escorted to our room, a staff member came up and explained our room wasn’t ready. It created problems in many areas, including check in, restaurant reservations, any gift shop purchasing. Apparently their whole computer system was down, and remained that way for several days. It all started at check-in and we were at Club Level. This resort, however, lived up to all of it’s negative reviews which we kept a close eye on as our vacation approached.
Lucia 8 years ago and had a fabulous experience. This was our 3rd trip to a Sandals Resort and we were fond of them, as we got married at Sandals St.
